Lamb Hot Dog with Mint Pesto

Pesto

1/4 cup parsley

3/4 cup mint

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

salt & pepper

1 scallion chopped

Put all ingredients in a food processor and puree. Great on Lamb, Salmon, Pork, Steak or vegetables.

Lamb Hot Dogs

4 lamb sausage links

4 hot dog buns

Feta cheese

mint pesto

Fry lamb in pan, place in bun, add pesto and feta cheese.
