These are weeds you commonly find in your yard in the spring.
So fun to make something so good from a weed!
5 oz dead nettle
1 small onion diced
1 clove garlic minced
4 cups vegetable broth
1 fresno chili minced
Saute onions in olive oil, add garlic and chilies. Add nettles and chicken broth. Heat on stove top then blend in blender or food processor.
Top with yogurt, more chilis, salt and pepper, micro basil and fennel.
