Garden Harvest Salad
Harvest greens from volunteers in the garden: mache lettuce, kale, sorrel, baby collards, purple broccoli, arugula, and chervil.
good quality extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper
I harvested whatever greens I could find in the garden, which was a lot. Then washed and tossed with pickled onion, green olives, sunflower seeds, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper. Wow was it good!
