I love roasted squash!
Roasted Kabocha Squash
1 Kabocha Squash
Salt and Pepper
Cut squash into pieces. Drizzle with all ingredients. Roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Then turn squash over and roast for another 20 minutes.
