Watermelon and Cantaloupe Soda Float
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 medium watermelon Chilled
1T. fresh lime juice
pinch of salt
1 cup seltzer
Using a melon baller, scoop out 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe balls and chill. Cut enough watermelon into 1″ pieces to measure 8 cups. Add lime juice and watermelon into blender and puree until smooth. Cover and chill. Add seltzer to watermelon puree and pour into the glasses. Divide melon balls among the glasses. Scoop ice cream on top of each glass and sprinkle with Korean red pepper and smoked salt. Drink with a straw.
