1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 T. sriracha sauce
1/4 t. soy sauce
1/4 t. lemon juice
1 lb. ground beef
a few splashes of soy sauce
salt and pepper
Mix top four ingredients to make sauce.
Combine ground beef with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Divide and form the meat into small patties. Place on hot grill and cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
Place burger on favorite bun and slather with sauce. Top off with micro greens and enjoy.
