4 pints blackberries
Add sugar to berries and let sit for 5 minutes to macerate.
Puree berries in food processor then strain thru seve. Add juice from 1 orange and pour on cookie sheet. Freeze for 1 hour. Take out and rake with a fork and freeze again for 1 hour. Rake with a fork and serve. Garnish with mint.
