Roasted Small Sweet Peppers

We always have these bags of small sweet peppers left over from our photo shoots. Finally one of the stylists that I often work with,Patty Wittmann, came up with a great idea of what to do with them.
You have to try this its so easy and tastes like candy!
1 bag small sweet peppers
5 cloves garlic
Slice peppers in half lengthwise and seed. Place on cookie sheet. Chop garlic and sprinkle on peppers. Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 20 minutes in a 425 degree oven.
