GREEN GRAPE WHISKEY SOUR
I always wanted to know what to do with my backyard grapes!

Green Grape Whiskey Sour
Grape sour mix:
1/2 cup fresh grape juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup lemon juice
In a pan, heat sugar and water until sugar is completely dissolved, add juices and simmer for 2 min. Remove from heat and let cool completely
Mix 1 1/2 oz whiskey (preferably a sweeter bourbon like Makers Mark) with 2 1/4 oz grape sour mix. Stir and add ice to serve,
You can also eliminate the sugar and water and use more grape juice.
To make the grape juice. Just run the grapes through a food mill.
