HOMEMADE PEACH AND SOUR CREAM ICE CREAM

3 cups peaches peeled and chopped
3/4 cups sugar
Let sit for 1/2 hour
1 cup sour cream
1 cup 1/2 and 1/2
1 tsp. lemon
Pinch of salt
Put all ingredients in food processor and chop.
Refrigerate for one hour. Then put in ice cream maker. I use the old fashion hand crank kind. You layer rock salt and ice around canister. Putting ice cream mixture inside canister and turn handle until too hard to turn, (about 20 minutes).
